These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KhelHive (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
KhelHive provides browser-based games playable for free with advertising, and an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that removes advertising and unlocks additional features. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You can play without an account. An account is required to subscribe, sync favorites, and keep ratings across devices.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You may delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting us.
3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
- Premium is billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, with a free trial for new subscribers.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't use bots, scrapers, or automation against the Service.
- Don't circumvent advertising or subscription entitlements.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All software, artwork, audio, names, and design on the Service are owned by KhelHive or its licensors. The rules of classic games (chess, ludo, solitaire, etc.) are in the public domain; our implementations, code, and presentation of them are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or re-host our games.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhelHiveshall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
