Send a notice via the contact page with subject "DMCA", including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL(s) on KhelHive where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your name, organization, and contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
What happens next
- We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days.
- Content that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled promptly while we review.
- If we believe a notice is mistaken (e.g. it targets public-domain game rules rather than protected expression), we will respond with our reasoning.
